About: Otterbein is a retirement community seeking a Director of Culinary Services to enhance the lives and health of older persons through high-quality food services and cooperation with others to achieve dietary goals.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics Food and Nutrition is preferred or CDM is required; Licensure/Certification: Certified Dietary Manager (C.D.M.); Minimum of 2 years of experience in institutional food service management
