Position: Director of Culinary – Executive Chef
About: The Minneapolis Club is seeking a Director of Culinary/Executive Chef to oversee the production of all food served in their dining facilities, private banquet rooms, and member-related activities. This role requires a strong focus on detail, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality while upholding sanitation and health practices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of culinary professionals in delivering excellent service and upholding core values of hospitality, community, excellence, respect, integrity, and authenticity.
Requirements: ACF Certified Executive Chef Preferred; Exceptional culinary skills in food preparation (method and application) and presentation skills; Certification in sanitation and safe food handling practices; Minimum of eight years hotel or private club kitchen experience preferred; Current or previous managerial experience required; Exceptional training skills, both one on one and group training; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong communication skills; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Good organization and stress-handling abilities
