Position: Director Diagnostic Imaging – LCM

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related health care field; Master’s Degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related health care field (preferred); Upon hire: Greenbelt Certification, or equivalent performance improvement certification (preferred); 5 years of hospital experience as a Radiologic Technologist or other Imaging discipline; 5 years of progressive hospital leadership experience; Working knowledge of national healthcare trends, multi-disciplinary professional practice models, reimbursement principles, information systems, cost management, quality management, and customer service needs; Understand the needs and preferences of customers served and manage efficiency and quality of Diagnostic Imaging Services; Must have a solid financial background gained through both operational and business planning experience; Experience in developing strategic plans and initiatives; Must use cognitive thinking skills, strong ability to lead and facilitate multi-disciplinary groups, develop effective teams, actively move succession plans forward and prioritize and organize work in an accurate and timely manner; Must possess strong presentation and interpersonal skills that display a presence of leadership in a wide range of settings; Demonstrated experience with multi-site integration of hospital departments or service lines
