Position: Designer, Conversational AI for natural language IVR/ Sr Consultant Web Content
About: Immediate need for a talented Designer, Conversational AI for natural language IVR/Sr Consultant Web Content. This is a 10+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH (Remote). Our client is a leading Insurance Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong background in IVR design, natural language understanding (NLU), and speech interaction design; hands-on experience in conversation design for large-scale enterprise systems; proficiency in flow design tools and familiarity with speech recognition software and voice interaction design platforms; experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and UX; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; professional experience in UX design, conversational AI design, and dialogue design; deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including prototyping, wireframing, and user testing
