Position: DEEP CLEAN STEWARD – HARD ROCK
About: Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Steward responsible for steward and cleaning operations to ensure restaurants are supplied with clean dishes and silverware according to business needs. The Steward will contribute to creating a guest-friendly atmosphere and maintaining department objectives, standards, and guidelines. This position involves ordering and receiving non-food items within the Food & Beverage Department, inspecting equipment for safety and cleanliness standards, and communicating effectively with the executive team. The Steward will need to attend meetings, follow-up on assigned tasks, and perform duties as required by the role. This role requires at least one year of progressive experience in the Stewards Department.
Requirements: Minimum of one-year progressive experience within the Stewards Department; valid driver’s license and all necessary certifications in compliance with regulations; successful background check and drug screening; minimum age of twenty-one
