Position: Customer Service Representative- (Steward of Customer Success, Troubleshooter of Tickets, Foreman of the Phones)

Requirements: Highly experienced in customer support; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively; Proficient in research and finding solutions; Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and basic SQL; Exposure to Jira and background in software customer support is a plus
