Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / CONCIERGE
About: jetCenters of Colorado is a company providing flight services for business, general, commercial, and military aircraft operations through its three full-service Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) along Colorado’s Front Range, emphasizing safety, service, and security as top priorities. They offer amenities and professional services to fully accommodate customers and their aircraft at locations in Colorado Springs, Denver, and Fort Collins-Loveland.
Requirements: Age 18+; High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid Driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation; Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral form; Strong customer service skills; Team player; Quick learner; Ability to multi-task; Problem-solving/conflict resolution skills; Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including drug screen, security check, motor records check, and non-DOT physical; Preferred: Age 18+; Prior FBO experience
