Position: Customer Service Receptionist
About: University Hospital is looking for a Customer Service Receptionist to register visitors, create visitor badges, greet patients and visitors, and provide prompt assistance. Strong computer skills, customer service experience, and hospitality background are preferred for this role.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of customer service experience required; experience in hospitality preferred; strong computer skills including data entry and website navigation; excellent communication skills; ability to work in a team setting; organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in multitasking and attention to detail; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; bilingual skills preferred
