Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – IAH
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver superior service at the American Express Centurion Lounge in IAH Airport. MSPs act as brand ambassadors, providing exceptional travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience; Passion for proactive customer service; Exceptional communication skills; Professionalism and positive attitude; Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills; Resourceful with effective internet usage; Flexibility for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to adapt to changing environments and technology platforms; Capable of light to moderate lifting
