Position: Customer Care Specialist – Onsite Training then Fully Remote

Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or GED required; at least 2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role; excellent verbal, written, and listening skills; strong attention to detail; great communication skills and ability to WOW customers; relentless drive to solve customer problems creatively; ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task using technology; attendance of paid comprehensive training program as a condition of employment
