Position: CULINARY SUPERVISOR
About: Thompson Hotel is seeking a Culinary Supervisor who embodies the luxury lifestyle experience and has a passion for creating unique experiences in a high-end hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will contribute to a culture of great design, superlative service, and authenticity while overseeing culinary operations in the absence of the Sous Chef/Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years previous culinary experience required, preferably in a hotel; refined verbal communication skills; physical stamina to stand for long periods; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
