Job Requirements

- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation if commute is necessary
- legal age to serve alcohol
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of coffee and cocktail preparation
- responsible alcohol service where applicable
- positive attitude and reliability
- teamwork and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- prior experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee drinks and cocktails according to recipes
- take orders and handle payments efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station
- restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- clean equipment and close out the register at the end of the day
- prepare the station for the next shift
