Position: Corporate Beverage Manager
About: Gibson Restaurant Group, a renowned hospitality company, is seeking a Corporate Beverage Manager to assist with all aspects of beverage operations, guest service standards, and marketing strategies. The role focuses on enhancing the overall customer experience while ensuring profitability within the Gibsons Restaurant Group philosophy centered on Hospitality, Quality, Value, and Family principles and the F.E.S.W.A.L.O.P service philosophy.
Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in hospitality in high volume restaurants (specialization in wine and bar management preferred); Minimum of two (2) years of running a wine/beverage program including list selection, purchasing, inventory management, staff training, and service; Beverage certifications such as Court of Master Sommeliers, International Sommelier Guild, Wine & Spirits Education Trust, or Cicerone highly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a related field of Hospitality Management respected, though not required; Adaptable interpersonal skills to communicate and address all employee levels of the group; Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages; Must have Food Safety and Basset certification when applicable to the location
