Position: Constituent Relations and Events Coordinator

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; 1-3 years of relevant experience in student engagement, event planning, volunteer management, alumni relations, or philanthropy-focused programming, preferably in higher education or a non-profit setting; experience in developing and delivering engagement programs for diverse student populations; strong event planning skills; excellent communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems; ability to work collaboratively and independently; willingness to work evenings and weekends; U.S. driver’s license; ability to establish effective working relationships and adhere to university policies and procedures; handle confidential information with discretion; complete required online trainings within 15 days of employment.
