Position: Conference Center Event Coordinator
About: This position is the gatekeeper to two main functions within McDonald’s Workplace Solutions, involving Scheduling Coordination and the Workplace Solutions Center team. The role requires close communication with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements: Prefer 2 years of event booking experience; Ideal candidate should have a hospitality degree or a combination of some college and experience; Refined verbal and written communication skills; Team oriented and flexible; Exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment; Ability to handle demanding customers with professionalism and calm demeanor
