Position: Concierge/Receptionist- Part Time Weekends- Edina
About: Walker Methodist Care Suites provides 72 apartments offering expert care and services to residents. The community is specifically designed to provide around-the-clock continuous care for residents. They are currently seeking a Concierge/Receptionist to manage front desk phones and interact with clients and customers both in person and over the phone.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; one year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position and basic computer skills; ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service; sensitivity to resident needs and ability to build positive relationships; ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, and meet deadlines and goals; ability to deal with emergencies calmly and effectively
