Position: Concierge On-Call
About: HumanGood, the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California and one of the largest in the country, is seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional service to newly-admitted residents and family members, ensuring a smooth transition and resolving any concerns. This position involves maintaining residents’ privacy and rights, participating in care plans, and coordinating guest services.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training in clerical skills; at least one year of clerical experience
