Position: Concierge job
About: Air Canada is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill full-time permanent positions for Concierge Agents at the Chicago Airport. Concierge Agents ease the way for premium customers through their entire airport experience. The position offers a salary of $24.24/hr as per the collective agreement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge and experience as an Airport Customer Sales and Service Agent considered an asset; superior knowledge of airline service information and airport procedures considered an asset; strong knowledge of local city attractions, events, hotels, restaurants, and services; ticketing experience considered an asset; customs seal required and subject to approval by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and/or third-party equivalent; security clearance and USCBP clearance required; excellent customer service skills; strong desire to exceed customer expectations while providing personalized service; proactive with creative problem-solving skills; good judgment in balancing customer interests with company policy; superior leadership and people skills with the ability to work as a team player; self-motivated with excellent ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks; impeccable grooming, excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail; excellent attendance record; willing and able to work in a team environment
