About: Wynn Resorts, a prestigious luxury resort located in Las Vegas, is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Concierge to provide exceptional Forbes 5-Star services to its esteemed guests. The Concierge plays a vital role in anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, offering personalized assistance in various aspects like reservations, transportation, entertainment, and more, always prioritizing the guest’s best interest.
Requirements: Two years prior experience as a concierge at a luxury resort property or residential property preferred; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail; availability for all shifts and flexibility based on business demands; strong customer service skills and ability to handle operational issues professionally; efficient team player with the capability to work under pressure and in stressful situations; positive attitude and creative problem-solving approach to exceed guest expectations; well-groomed and professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English, additional foreign language a plus; prior knowledge of systems like Go Concierge, Guestbridge, HotSOS, and others preferred; in-depth knowledge of services and attractions at WynnEncore and Las Vegas area; preferred Les Clefs d’Or or Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association membership; high school diploma or equivalent education; minimum age of 21 or older
