Position: Concierge job
About: Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is looking for a talented Concierge to join their team. Concierge agents at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and requests and adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. Job duties include accommodating guest requests, processing packages, faxes, messages, emails, and mail; assisting in other Guest Service areas; planning and organizing guest itineraries during their stay while providing exceptional service above and beyond expectations.
Requirements: Previous concierge experience and great knowledge of surrounding areas and local attractions; excellent English communication skills and ability to multitask; language skills and flexible schedule a plus; computer literacy and proficiency including Microsoft Office suite and learning proprietary applications at work; ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
