Position: Concierge job
About: Willow Bridge Property Company is a full-service residential property company with deep roots in the industry, overseeing over 180,000 apartment units and managing $3B in owned assets across more than 75 markets in the U.S. Currently hiring for an experienced Concierge to provide professional services and act as a liaison between residents and property staff.
Requirements: A high school education or equivalent is required; a college degree or equivalent is preferred; working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer; excellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management, and leadership skills; proficient in math; outgoing and friendly personality; good organizational skills, follow-up, and follow-through; understanding and experience with a wide range of property management/accounting software; marketing and budgeting experience; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; exceptional communication, customer service, and people skills; self-motivated; detail-oriented; basic typing and computer skills including the ability to find information on the Internet; hotel, hospitality, or other service experience a plus; this role MAY require a valid driver’s license
