Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to convey information clearly; ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; effective problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with financial information and basic arithmetic functions; ability to handle high pressure situations; maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
