Position: Concierge (DTLA)
About: The Concierge at Alamo Drafthouse is a hospitality expert dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the venue’s world-class standards. They are responsible for upholding the company’s Core Values and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression, from the moment they arrive to when they depart. The role involves a combination of guest interaction, facility upkeep, and representing the brand’s mission and offerings.
Requirements: Passion for the cinematic experience; ability to operate POS system; physical ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, stoop, and clean frequently; proficiency in English language for written and verbal communication
