Position: Community Relations and Entertainment Assistant
About: The Nashville Sounds, a baseball team based in Nashville, is seeking an outgoing and hard-working individual to assist in planning, developing, and executing community outreach at Nashville Sounds home games and events. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, be detail-oriented, and excel in a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required for this role.
Requirements: Ability to work full-time, varying hours weekly from February to September; Enthusiastic initiative-taker able to succeed in a fast-paced environment; Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines; Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team synergy skills required; Outgoing and comfortable speaking in front of small groups; Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail required; Ability to interact professionally with full- and part-time staff, fans, clients, and special guests; Proficient in Microsoft Office
