Position: Community Maintenance Supervisor – Villa Capri
About: Villa Capri Apartments in Federal Way, Washington, is seeking a Community Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. Requirements: Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience; Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus; Good customer service skills; Renovation experience a plus; Experience completing work orders and preparing make-ready units; Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset; Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment; Consistent work history and verifiable references; Ability to pass drug screening, background, and reference check; Valid driver’s license; Physical ability for heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying
