Position: Cocktail Server(Grave)
About: The Cocktail Server role at a casino establishment is dedicated to providing guests with effective, efficient, and friendly service to ensure their return visits. Duties include sincerely greeting each guest, knowing operational hours, completing side work requirements, serving a variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly, understanding drink order and pricing, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Qualifications require a minimum of one year of previous cocktailing experience, availability for any shift, excellent customer relations skills, being 21 years old, ability to lift and carry trays, stand for extended periods, and fluency in English.
Requirements: Minimum one-year previous cocktailing experience is preferred; must be able to work any day of the week and any shift; must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner; must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills; must be 21 years of age; must be able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest; must be able to stand for long periods of time; must be able to speak and understand English
