Position: Co Manager
About: The Co-Manager position at the store involves selling floor leadership to ensure customer satisfaction. Acting as the second in command, they support the Store Manager in the overall management of the store, overseeing key holders and all store associates.
Requirements: Minimum two years of managerial experience with a proven track record in driving sales and profit results, as well as in training and developing a team of individuals; Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis; High school education or equivalent preferred; Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds; Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.
