Position: Client Concierge/ Receptionist Overnights
About: Arizona Rehab Campus in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Client Concierge to handle various front desk and administrative duties, including greeting visitors, operating the switchboard, managing mail, and providing clerical support as needed. The role also involves preparing deposits, statements, and assisting with new admissions paperwork.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required; Two (2) years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a healthcare environment; CPR Certified and renewed every 2 years; Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, TB, and Handle with Care certification within 90 days of hire; Knowledge of VOIP switchboard operations, paging systems, computers, business software, and basic office clerical functions; Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Comfort with adapting to different patient groups and maintaining confidentiality
