Requirements: Experience in large industrial projects in Southern California; Minimum of three years of experience in Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Investment Banking, Work with foreign countries and schools, Top Tier Consulting Companies; Preference for a candidate with undergraduate and graduate degrees; Thirst for knowledge and learning; Poised, polished, and possessing an excellent professional demeanor; Willingness to work flexible hours; Extremely well organized and detail-oriented; Effective in building relationships across all business areas; Desire to work in a fast-paced fun environment; High level of professionalism and confidentiality; Positive disposition and a can-do approach
