Requirements: Formal culinary training and two years of chef experience or equivalent kitchen work; one year of leadership or managerial experience; basic math skills and inventory management ability; positive attitude; food and beer knowledge or willingness to learn; possession or ability to obtain a food handlers permit; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; stamina for extended periods on feet; weekend availability; passion for guest service and team collaboration
