Position: Chef, Pastry (Chocolatier)
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Pastry Chef, Chocolatier to assist in overseeing the Chocolate Room, Banquets, special assignments, and supporting venues and outlets across the resort. This position involves creating menus, recipes, and managing all chocolate and confection goods in the F&B outlets and banquets in line with the Executive Pastry Chef’s standards.
Requirements: Requires 3 years’ experience in luxury pastry production kitchen; ability to create seasonal menus and chocolate showpieces; proficiency in chocolate making and supervision; knowledge of sanitation and cost control; culinary/pastry training degree preferred; must be at least 21 years of age
