Requirements: High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred; minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in assisted living preferred; Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing; satisfactory completion of yearly department-specific competency testing and maintenance of continuing education credits; Certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry where applicable; role may require Sanford Category II Driver classification; valid driver’s license and ability to perform essential driving functions per Sanford Driving Policy if applicable
