Position: CDS Event Manager
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. This position entails managing product preparation and presentation, training staff, and providing excellent service to Club members. The role involves strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings. CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider for Costco, offering top person-to-person marketing services in the industry.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; proven ability to lead high-performing teams; ability to exercise independent judgment; experience in coaching and counseling employees; flexibility and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
