Position: Cashier Team Lead
About: The Store Team Lead position at Buc-ee’s is responsible for directing customer traffic to fast checkouts, responding to customer inquiries, and overseeing cashiers and maintenance employees in the absence of their managers. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, store knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent; minimum of 6 months Buc-ee’s retail experience preferred; ability to work in all outdoor conditions; availability for morning, evening, overnight shifts; ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds; open availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays
