The Home Depot is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Head Cashier to join their team. Head Cashiers play a critical role in providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers, managing checkout transactions, monitoring the self-checkout area, and ensuring adherence to company policies to minimize shrink. They also support Cashiers by expediting price checks, approving transactions, and providing customer service escalation, supervision, and coaching.
