Position: Cafe Manager
About: Gaia, located in Louisville, Colorado, is looking to hire an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their onsite campus cafe. The cafe operates from 7 am to 3 pm on weekdays, offering breakfast and lunch to a steady customer base. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or certification in business administration or business management is advantageous; 3+ years of experience in cafe management preferred; a food handler’s license; experience with sourcing organic produce; sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations; strong business acumen; exemplary management skills; excellent organizational and time management skills; effective communication skills; exceptional customer service skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Window operations preferred; Servsafe certifications preferred; ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs and stand for extended periods
