Position: Café Bar Store Manager Eataly Caffé
About: Eataly Caffe, a bustling cafe known for its authentic Italian cuisine and inviting atmosphere, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe and Bar Manager to lead its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations at the cafe.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience supervising a cafe or quick service operation; Experience and knowledge in coffee and coffee production; Excellent communication and team leadership skills; Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ability to stand, bend, reach and be mobile for up to 4 hours; Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; Ability to operate a commercial espresso machine; Food Handlers License and Serv-Safe Certification are a plus
