Requirements: Must have minimally 1+ years of Food Runner/Busser experience in a fine dining, high-volume setting; personable demeanor and ability to deliver memory-making hospitable service; ability to think quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment; ability to communicate effectively and eloquently; ability to take direction and execute; high standards for cleanliness of workspace and service areas; desire to advocate for guests and anticipate their needs; professional demeanor with a polished appearance; ability to work in a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; strong work ethic and customer-focused approach; must be passionate and dedicated to success.
