Requirements: Must be 19 years of age or older to serve alcohol; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation; high level of spirits and beer knowledge; ability to change keg beer and carry multiple drinks; basic mathematical and writing skills; manual dexterity for garnishing and drink preparation; proficiency in English language; bartending experience of 1-2 years; government-required license and bartending certification (TIPS or similar) needed; memorization of table numbers required
