Position: Brio-Bartender
About: Buca di Beppo, located at 1 Levee Way, is seeking a Beverage Server / Barback to join their team. As a Bartender at Buca di Beppo, responsibilities include the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, meeting the minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages, and maintaining knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, and daily specials.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of beers, wines, cocktails and liquors; excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle tense situations calmly; observant, thorough and able to anticipate bar needs
