Position: Breakfast Attendant

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and completion of responsible serving course such as TIPs; ability to obtain and provide Food Handlers card; proficiency in handling stressful situations calmly and professionally; understanding of hotel products and guest services; excellent communication skills with guests and team members; positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; numerical proficiency and ability to handle basic operations; effective customer service skills with high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy; willingness to learn, support team members, and maintain a positive demeanor.
