Position: Branch Sales Manager
About: Our client is a prestigious regional staffing firm with 15 branch locations in multiple states providing contingent and direct hire staffing solutions to the light industrial, warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing space. This is a new market for a Wisconsin-based company entering the Racine market and seeking a Selling Branch Manager for the Racine, WI (S. Milwaukee) market.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years staffing industry experience selling within the light industrial, manufacturing, and/or logistics space; comfortable utilizing consultative selling techniques; proven ability to network and develop strategic partnerships; successful track record of developing and managing self-initiated sales objectives; clear, concise communication skills; strong desire to make money and be a part of a growing and dynamic company; excellent computer skills & adept at learning new systems
