Position: BOH Team Member/Cook
About: The BOH Team Member/Cook is responsible for all things that relate to the fryers and wok station, including preparing signature dishes like double-fried Korean chicken. This position requires attention to detail to ensure items are cooked to perfection and maintain the fryers for optimal performance. The responsibilities of the BOH Team Member include operating fryers, filtering fryers, painting chicken, ensuring fryer and oil conditions, following recipe guidelines, prepping ingredients, stocking stations, cooking wok and stove dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and managing trash disposal duties within a bustling restaurant environment.
