Position: Bilingual HR Manager
About: Canam Steel Corp (CSC) is seeking a Bilingual HR Manager to join their team on-site. The HR Manager will partner with organizational leadership to manage the HR department, oversee hiring, retention, separations, employee records, and other administration functions. They will support employee training and development, ensure compliance with all applicable laws, and facilitate succession planning processes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years direct HR Generalist experience or 7 years of progressive HR experience; Human Resources or Business Administration degree preferred; ability to use various types of HR software; good communication skills; ability to interact well with people on all levels; strong leadership skills; solid understanding of key principles of employment laws; solid ethics and morals; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) required
