BEVERAGE SERVER

Takes, retrieves and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages courteously and efficiently according to job specification. Answers guest questions and provides outstanding guest service. Inspects cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas, greets guests, takes orders, maintains knowledge of liquor brands, abides by state liquor regulations, familiar with all hotel services/features, documents orders, retrieves and serves orders promptly, replaces ashtrays, follows health codes, and other duties as assigned.
