Requirements: Fitness – ability to be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling; Strength – capability to lift, push, and pull big objects like barrels and crates up to 50 lbs (23 kg); Literate – proficient in reading, writing, and basic math; Flexible – availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts; Experienced – skilled in preparing a wide range of drinks with formal bartending training; Compliant – meets local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, above the minimum age requirement, and fluent in the local language; Articulate – excellent communicator, warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
