Position: BARTENDER POOL
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a Bartender Service – Pool to provide exceptional customer service by delivering beverage service to pool guests and cocktail servers in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School Diploma or equivalent; Must be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, Non-gaming card, Health card, Union Pour Card, and any other required certification or license; 1-2 years high volume experience as a bartender or assistant bartender in a luxury environment; Experience in a hotel casino environment preferred; Excellent customer service skills; General understanding of specialty drinks, wine, and fine spirits; Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; Basic math skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to lift, push, or carry 50 pounds unassisted; Willingness to work outdoors in seasonal heat or cold as well as inclement weather; Ability to maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines; Excellent communication skills in English; Ability to interact effectively with guests, management, and team members of different backgrounds; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be exposed to various environmental factors
