Position: Bartender job
About: DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Bartenders who will ensure that guests have an extraordinary food and beverage experience from arrival to departure. Bartenders will prepare a variety of beverages, including hand-crafted cocktails, while interacting with guests to answer questions, take orders, and deliver food and drink. Our ideal candidate will have stamina, an outgoing personality, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience as a bartender in a fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant required; Excellent working knowledge of drink recipes, classes of alcohol, style of glasses, brand names, garnishments, and more; Certification from a bartending school, mixology program, or equivalent preferred; Experience utilizing POS software (Micros and Toast preferred); Knowledge of all local health department requirements for safe food handling and sanitation standards; Knowledge of responsible and legal alcoholic beverage service; Non-expired Food Handlers and Basset Certification required; Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills; Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks; A passion for quality and respect for team members and guests; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; Stand or Walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motion
