Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a bartender for at least two years preferred; extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wines; ability to work long hours, flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; ability to transport up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis
