Position: Bar Manager – Whiskey Red’s
About: Whiskey Red’s is a vibrant waterfront restaurant located in the marina, offering a mesmerizing 180-degree view of the harbor, a dynamic bar scene, and delicious seafood dishes. The establishment is dedicated to providing a 5-star experience for employees, guests, partners, and the community.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years’ experience in a similar role required; strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service procedures and administration, with a background in restaurant or bar management; ability to create and maintain a team atmosphere within the department and ensure proper training and workload; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; proficiency in PC skills and POS systems; experience in staff training and scheduling according to business needs; fluency in English
